Leads360 Introduces Integrated Do Not Call Verification

1/26/07 - Inglewood-based Leads360, a provider of on-demand lead management solutions, has introduced a new, easy-to-use integrated process for verifying leads against the Federal Trade Commission's Do Not Call (DNC) National Registry.  The system is designed to ensure compliance with all DNC restrictions.


“Compliance with state and federal DNC regulations is a particularly important issue for us and our clients.  Our LeadManager solution allows our clients to quickly and easily ensure that the leads they generate and purchase remain valid and viable business opportunities.  In the past, this process was cumbersome, time consuming and costly; now it's just part of the package,” said Charles Chase, president and COO of Leads360.

In 2003, the federal DNC list system was introduced, making it an offense to call a consumer who has registered to be excluded from telemarketing sales.  Similar additional regulations exist in 37 states.  Fines of up to $11,000 per occurrence can be imposed on companies that fail to comply.
