Prezent Vivo is changing how life sciences organizations access AI-powered communication and expert services with the launch of a new usage-based credits model.
The platform, which is designed specifically for life sciences teams, announced Prezent Vivo credits, a unified system that allows customers to access multiple expert-led services through a shared pool rather than managing separate budgets, billing processes and approvals.
Each credit is equivalent to $1, giving organizations a straightforward way to track spending and consumption across teams. Credits are automatically deducted when an eligible service request is completed.
One pool for multiple services
The new model brings several of Prezent Vivo’s expert services under the same consumption system, including Overnight Presentations and editorial services, Fixed-Price Projects and Coaching Workshops.
For enterprise teams, the change is designed to make it easier to scale services according to demand. Administrators can allocate credits across teams and users, establish usage limits and monitor consumption in real time.
The company is also separating these services from the core capabilities of its AI platform. Features such as generating and transforming presentations, creating fingerprints, uploading files, accessing learning resources and downloading best-practice materials do not consume credits.
“By giving life science organizations greater visibility, flexibility, and control, we’re helping them scale high-quality scientific communication while keeping the focus where it belongs, on advancing science and improving patient outcomes,” said Francine Carrick, President of Prezent Vivo. “As life science enterprises increasingly seek flexible ways to combine AI with expert services, credits remove the friction of managing multiple budgets, purchasing processes, and approvals.”
The launch comes as life sciences organizations continue to look for ways to incorporate AI into existing workflows without adding complexity to their technology and procurement processes.
Rather than requiring teams to purchase individual services separately, Prezent Vivo’s model gives enterprise customers a common balance that can be used across different communication needs.
“Our customers have always been at the center of everything we build. Credits reflect our commitment to giving life sciences organizations a simpler, more seamless way to access the expert services and AI-powered solutions they need, exactly when they need them,” said Rajat Mishra, CEO and Co-Founder of Prezent.
The company says the model is intended to provide greater visibility and control as organizations expand their use of AI and expert communication services across teams.
For life sciences organizations dealing with complex scientific information, the change puts consumption and governance into the same system, allowing teams to access additional expertise when they need it while giving administrators a clearer view of how those services are being used.
