Travefy solves all of the coordination headaches of group travel. Users can invite friends to a shared Travefy trip to plan and collaborate together. Travefy serves over eight million activities, restaurants, accommodations, flights, and deals, all with rich information to post, discuss, and book as well as add to a shared travel itinerary. Through Travefy’s powerful expense manager, groups can track and collect all trip expenses so no one is stuck with the bill.

Travefy is free to consumers at Travefy.com with integrated white-label Pro versions available for travel agents, travel websites and brands.

David Chait (co-founder and CEO)

David loves to travel and has a passion for problem solving. Before founding Travefy, David served as the Senior Policy Advisor to the Administrator at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Prior to his White House appointment to the SBA, he worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company in its New York City office helping Fortune 500 companies, governments, and non-profits to define strategies and improve operations.

David graduated with honors from Columbia College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics-Political Science, and received his MBA with honors from Columbia Business School. David is also a columnist for Entrepreneur.com and was named to PhoCusWright’s 2014 ‘35 under 35 in Travel.’

Chris Davis (co-founder and CTO)

Chris loves to build! A passionate developer, he’s worked as the lead developer at Hudl.com and the Nebraska Book Company (Neebo). His passion for simplicity in development and design is evident in his work at Travefy.

Chris has studied at Boston College and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

When he’s not building awesome new technologies, you’ll find Chris spending time with his wife and two kids.
