TalkSpace lands $2.5M for its online therapy platform

TalkSpace, an online mental health therapy platform, announced today that has raised $2.5 million in Seed funding from Spark Capital and Softbank. The New York City-based startup was founded in 2012 by CEO Oren Frank, and this is its first round of outside funding. It offers its clients on-demand messaging with licensed therapists via web and its mobile app.
