Pickit Creates Global Relationship with Ingram Micro to Expand Reach and Double Margins for Office 365 Channel Partners

Pickit, the 2-in-1 image service that lives inside Office 365, today announces its global go-to-market alliance with Ingram Micro, a Fortune 500 global technology distributor, cloud services aggregator and platform provider. As part of the new relationship, Ingram Micro is now bundling Pickit with new Office 365 sales, enabling channel partners to sell the market’s most visible add-in by Office 365 users for businesses.

Channel partners selling Microsoft Office 365 today are well positioned to offer Pickit to their customers as a valuable add-in for creating impactful presentations.  Currently, employees of businesses that use Microsoft to produce presentations and documents have a very limited selection of powerful assets to choose from. Adding Pickit to Microsoft software ensures that all employees will have access to a user-friendly tool they will actually want to adopt — enabling them to make impactful presentations and stunning slides that will increase business value.

General consumers have been active cloud users for years, but organizations are still lagging behind: however, 2019 is expected to be the year companies take the leap into utilizing the cloud in their operations. Given its synergies with the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, Pickit is a great use case of a cloud-based solution that will encourage companies to upgrade to fuller cloud-based services and take advantage of this software.

“The Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace will help us to expand our reach to tens of thousands of channel partners worldwide and show them how easy and profitable Pickit is to sell with Office 365,” said Pickit Founder and Co-CEO, Mathias Björkholm.

Pickit and Ingram Micro are kicking off the relationship with a U.S.-based campaign encouraging channel partners to sell Office 365 bundled with Pickit, Dropbox, and Skykick in order to sweeten the upgrade. Channel partners can easily add Pickit to their Office 365 sales via the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, adding greater business value to their customers and building more profitability into the sale.

“Our mission at Ingram Micro is to enable our channel partners with access to the industry’s widest and most robust cloud services portfolio,” said Tim FitzGerald, vice president, Cloud Channel Sales, North America, Ingram Micro. “Office 365 is a great ‘in’ for our channel partners who are selling cloud services. We’re excited to see our alliance with Pickit grow and bring greater sales opportunities and margin potential to our channel partners selling Office 365.”
